But, by joining Islamic Republic of Iran to Traceca Agreement, this route will be expanded, and beside Black Sea, ground route of Bulgaria-Turkey-Iran, which is the most suitable and economic route to access Europe to Asia, will be added to the mentioned routes, which will certainly result economical, commercial, and political benefits for our country.”    More

Our pricing system in road transportation, which is based on compromise, has not scarified the related officials. The owner of goods, the transportation company, the truck driver and the Transportation and Terminals Organization each of which benefit from the proceeds of transportation of cargo complain against this system of setting fares. Truck drivers and transportation competition between carriers; believe that the fare paid to truck drivers is not enough. Before Revolution due to bank credits and good revenues from transportation of goods, investment in this branch was profitable, but two decades after Revolution 3800 transportation companies have surfaced against 520 before revolution and the real fare shifting cargo in a single route is 30% or 40% of the fare paid before Revolution. Real revenues have dropped and real expenses such as investment in transportation fleet and their maintenance has increased.    More
