Passage permit is a paper issued by State Terminals and Transportation Organization and defines the specifications of foreign vehicles transportation operations, including the name of entrance and exit frontiers, length and route of passage, duration and permitted duration of driving for each driver of the foreign vehicle. This permit is also issued for local vehicles carrying transit goods.

1.Reference of driver to the Organization office at the terminal (entrance frontier) and presenting necessary documents
2.Calculating the ton-kilometer and collecting its receipt from applicant (driver)
